The Courtney’s Courage – El Tour for Tots Team will be riding in the 39th Annual El Tour de Tucson – one of the premier bicycling events in the country. There will be over 7,000 cyclists participate in the renowned and popular event on Saturday, November 19th with distances from 102 miles, 63 miles, 32 miles and a family fun ride of 1 mile!
Courtney’s Courage - El Tour for Tots is dedicated to raising funds to assist with support services for pediatric cancer patients and their families. Courtney’s Courage passes thru $.96 of every dollar donated to support these needs. We work closely with the Social Workers to provide support to families by paying essential bills, delivering food/snacks to the clinics/hospital, creating Courtney’s Angel/Sibling Pack for the patient and their siblings, organize and host several support groups for Teens, Mom’s Dinner Out, Sibling Events, Holiday Adopt-a-Family and our Annual Hope and Health Bereavement Retreat. Brent and I are truly blessed that our children are healthy, and this is our way of paying it forward to other families.
